McCaskill & Company has worked hard over the years to have a great jewelry repair department to handle all of your needs. We can assist you whether it is a new custom made piece or we are repairing a favorite piece. We work with a local bench jeweler who is licensed and insured and has 24 years of professional experience. Our repair department will make the process of getting your jewelry back as smooth as possible along with letting you know the process.

How long can it take? For simple repairs with our local bench jeweler it will on average take 7-10 days for your jewelry to be repaired. Specialized repairs it can take longer and you can ask one of our sales associates or our repair department the process on it at the time you drop off your jewelry. For jewelry lines that we carry in the store, whether you purchased it from us or not, we can ship it back to the designer to have them repair the piece. Jewelry pieces that are shipped out will take longer and timeframe will depend on the designer; where they are located and shipping time can add, as well as time of year.
