McCaskill & Company is a family-owned high end jewelry and watch gallery located between Destin and Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our prestigious luxury jewelry brand and become part of team.
Sales Associate Primary Responsibilities:
- Work to create sales of fine jewelry and watches with existing customers and seek to develop new customers.
- Complete sales process to include receipt, packaging, payment, and appropriate follow-up.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clientele
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sale
- Provide a first-class experience for each guest
- Educate customer on jewelry and watch purchases and their value, care, and maintenance.
- Establish and maintain current client file that contains relevant information that relates to customer service and sales
- Develop clientele and be responsive to their needs. Maintain relationship with personal clients by correspondence to include providing information, promoting event purchases, and social calls/correspondence.
Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Must be very personable, with good listening skills and ability to establish rapport easily
- Strong work ethic, organization skills, and a positive outlook towards situations and people is key
- Sales experience required
- Passion for customer service
- Professional, polished and service- oriented demeanor
- Computer skills
