Emerald Coast Children's Advocacy Center – Provides abused and neglected children and their families with critical legal, medical and professional services all in one place in order to help the children go on to thrive.
Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation – Committed to cultivating and nurturing a deep appreciation of the arts along the Emerald Coast. The Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Village provides a central location to celebrate cultural arts in Destin.
American Heart Association – Leading the fight against heart disease and stroke, the AHA provides a host of services and research initiatives.
Shelter House – Shelter House is the state-certified domestic and sexual violence center serving victims in Okaloosa and Walton counties. Services provided include 24-hour domestic violence/rape hotline, crisis counseling, advocacy, outreach, hospital accompaniment, primary prevention, transitional housing and confidential shelter.
Children in Crisis – Organization of caring people, working together to provide homes and keep brothers and sisters together. Children in Crisis gives a home to the abused, neglected, and abandoned children of our community.
Alaqua Animal Refuge – Animal sanctuary that is committed to servicing the Southeast as: the premier no-kill refuge, providing protection, shelter and cart to animals in need; a full-service animal adoption center; and a peaceful, proactive animal welfare advocate through educational outreach and community programs.
Seaside Charter School – Seaside Charters are the only public, tuition-free schools inspired by Waldorf principles in the Southeast.
Caring and Sharing – Provides families living in Walton County with access to food, financial support, and other resources.
Destin Chamber – With the mission ‘Advocating for Businesses, Strengthening our Community,’ the Destin Chamber of Commerce is a catalyst for successful businesses and a vibrant economy. The Chamber provides products and services to its member businesses helping them grow and prosper. The Chamber acts as the voice of business in government affairs.
Project Hope Recovery – Saving lives from addiction and giving hope to those in crisis. The program carries a message of hope and transformation to men with life-controlling problems. PHR strive to assist individuals become: mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically well, and spiritually alive.
Hurlburt Spouses' Club – Organization where spouses can promote and participate in charitable activities for both the military and civilian communities and to be a part of a supportive and inclusive group that seeks to make life better for each other.
Resurrection Catholic Church – Welcomes visitors from all over the country who come to visit.
Impact 100 – Financially support nonprofit organizations in Okaloosa and Walton Counties by empowering women as philanthropists and leaders, by bridging the geographic areas of our region, and by leveraging the talents of diverse women to be a positive force for good in our communities.
JDRF-Junior Diabetes Research Foundation – Leading the fight against type 1 diabetes (T1D) by funding research, advocating for policies that accelerate access to new therapies, and providing a support network for millions of people around the world impacted by T1D.
Niceville Track Team – Provides funds for athletes and facility maintenance needs.
Taylor Haugen Foundation – Provides awareness, education and abdominal injury protection to secondary aged schools and leagues in contact sports and also recognize and supports outstanding scholar-athletes with scholarships and awards. This foundation honors the legacy of 15-year-old Taylor Haugen who passed away from injury during a football game in 2008.
Habitat for Humanity – Nonprofit organization that helps families build and improve places to call home.
Ronald McDonald House – Provided housing, support and hope to families of children that are hospitalized.
Point Washington Medical Clinic – Builds a stronger and healthier community by providing high quality primary health care regardless of the patient’s means or access.
Dog Harmony – Non-profit dedicated to reducing the shelter dog population through ongoing humane education. Committed to finding loving forever homes for each of our dogs and the right match for each of our adopters.
Niceville-Valparaiso Little League – Non-profit whose sole purpose is to provide all children between the ages of 4-16 years old an opportunity to participate in Little League Baseball and Softball.
Opportunity Place – The only low-barrier to entry temporary emergency shelter for families and single women who are homeless in Okaloosa and Walton Counties. Providing shelter and supportive services to help families find permanent housing and resources they need to be self sufficient.
Walton Chamber of Commerce – The Chamber provides products and services to its member businesses helping them grow and prosper. The Chamber acts as the voice of Walton County business in government affairs.
Niceville Chamber of Commerce – Supporting our local military neighbors, as well as a strong business presence - all this while partnering with other organizations and local government agencies to protect our environment and maintain an impressive quality of life in Northwest Florida.
Junior League of the Emerald Coast – Organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
Small Paws Rescue – Rescues and supplies non-aggressive Bichons, nationwide, with love, shelter, food, human companionship, and medical care, until permanent placement is secured into a pre-screened loving home, as our resources allow.
Sinfonia – Sinfonia Gulf Coast is committed to entertaining, educating and inspiring the community through imaginative and innovative musical programming.
Destin Woman’s Club – With the mission to support and enrich the community by contributing time, services, and funds to charitable projects, including—but not limited to—the DWC Assistance Fund, Fisher House of the Emerald Coast, and the Carol & Bob Winsett Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Children’s Volunteer Health Network – Provide children in Walton County with free access to dental services.
Harbor Docks Charities – Community organization focused on supporting local needs through events like “Take-a-Kid Fishing Day,” a free Thanksgiving meal for the community, and fundraising auctions for Destin Harvest and Habitat for Humanity.
SOCKS – Their goal is to care for felines in need, promote awareness of population control and health management, and enhance the well-being of cats in the region.
Sky High for Kids – A nonprofit organization that support children undergoing treatment for cancer and other life-threatening conditions, partnering with leading hospitals and research centers to advance medical studies, improve survival rates, and provide comfort to families during their fight.
Aletha’s Legacy – A nonprofit dedicated to creating safe living and learning environments for vulnerable children in Liberia, providing food, shelter, and improved facilities, while fostering hope and education for their future.
Heritage Museum – Is committed to preserving and sharing the heritage and history of the Florida panhandle.
Friends of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park – Citizens Support Organization (CSO) committed to protecting, enhancing, and celebrating this beautiful natural space. They work to preserve the park’s unique environment and history through volunteer projects, educational programs, community gatherings, and fundraising efforts.
The Ground Up Project – Their mission is to foster connection, independence, and lifelong growth for individuals with special needs by providing a welcoming, inclusive community with supportive housing, a dedicated center, and meaningful opportunities to thrive.
Destin Middle School – Donations can fund classroom supplies, technology needs, and student incentives.
C.W. Ruckel Middle School Cheer – Donations help cover expenses like choreography, uniforms, competition fees, and travel.
Redemption 100 – Supports individuals transitioning from long-term incarceration by providing essential financial and material resources for their rehabilitation, helping restore lives one person at a time.
A Bed for Me – Providing beds for children in Okaloosa and Walton counties who would otherwise be sleeping on the floor or inadequate spaces.
PAL Soccer League – Donations sponsor teams and keep registration fees low while covering scholarships, uniforms, equipment, safety/training, and other program costs to ensure it operates successfully.
James E. Plew Elementary – Donations help provide for the many needs of students that are not covered by the school budget.
Boys & Girls Club Emerald Coast – Their mission is to enable all young people, especially those that need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens.
Path of Grace – Faith-based, long-term, sober-living program for women who are recovering from alcohol/drug abuse.
South Walton Fire Department – Dedicated to protecting lives and property through fire suppression, emergency medical services, rescue operations, and fire prevention education. Their commitment to service, safety, and rapid response serving South Walton every day.
